Opened in 2014 and situated in fully restored 18th century cellars, this beach guesthouse offers a tranquil and alluring getaway. They are attached to the Halat Sailing club, which offers sailboats, kayaks and paddle boards for rent. They have four spacious studios with a double bed, sitting area, bathroom (shower) and one extra bed, with prices around 200 USD per studio.

The green garden in front of the studios and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea is equipped with comfortable beach chairs and a small plastic pool, and provides direct access to a pebbled beach and the sea. Lebanese breakfast can be served for 15 USD per person. They also have a lovely restaurant/cafe area and a large rooftop bar & terrace on top, regularly used for wedding ceremonies.
