To reach the Aammiq Wetlands by public transport from Beirut, take a bus from the Cola Intersection to Chtaura, and from there take a taxi to the wetlands. Duration: 1.5 hr.
From Chtaura to the Aammiq Wetlands by car, take the road toward Beirut and after about one kilometer turn left in the direction of Mashghara and Qab Elias. About seven kilometers after Qab Elias and one kilometer before the village of Aammiq, the reserve is signposted to the left. Coming from Beirut, the right turn toward Mashghara can be found about 500 meters after the left sign to Jdita. Duration from Chtaura: 25 min.
