From Beirut to the eco-village, take the minibus to Beiteddine from the Cola Intersection and ask the driver to drop you off in Dmit village at the little roundabout (on the right is the Caramel furniture store and on the left is the Coop supermarket). Duration: about 60 min. / Costs: 3,000 LBP. From there, it is an hour’s walk down to the eco-village. Alternatively, arrange for a pick-up from the bus stop to the eco-village, which will take about 15 minutes.

For a taxi from Beirut to the eco-village, expect to pay 70,000 LBP.

From Beirut to the eco-village by car, take the coastal highway to the south. Near Damour, take the exit toward Beit ed Dine. After passing the checkpoint, the roads starts rising and after twisting and turning for about 20 minutes, you will reach the village of Dmit. There, at the little roundabout near the Coop supermarket, turn left, then keep right at the next fork, from where you follow the asphalt road down. Soon the road will take a sharp left and slowly becomes a dirt road leading all the way to the village. For this last part, a 4x4 is definitely advised. Duration: 60 min.
