To reach Mleeta by public transport from Beirut, there are two options. The first is to take a minibus to Nabatiyeh that is leaving from near the Kuwaiti Embassy. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at the Habboush Bridge (‘Jisr Habboush’) and from there, catch a taxi to Mleeta (about 30 minutes). For a return taxi, expect to pay about 30,000 LBP. Duration: about 1.5 hrs. / Costs 6,000 LBP (excluding taxi). The other option is to take a bus to Saida and take a taxi from there (see below).

If you don`t have your own car, the easiest way to get to Mleeta and back is by taxi. From Saida it takes about 50 minutes and expect to pay 50,000 LBP for a return. From Nabatiyeh, a return taxi is about 35,000 LBP. To reach Nabatiyeh from Beirut, a Servees from Cola can take you for 10,000 LBP per person and requires just over an hour’s drive.

To reach Mleeta from Saida by car, first head to Nabatiyeh. Once in Nabatiyeh, keep left on the roundabout toward Kfar Roumanna and continue straight until after about 10 minutes you reach a roundabout. Directly after Ain Bousouar, take a steep turn to the right, which is signposted by a large Mleeta banner. Duration: about 50 min.
