Cultural Tours

Discover two of Lebanon's highlights in one day and visit the old centers of power during its ruling by Emir Bashir Shehab II, the governor appointed by the Ottomans. Admire the spectacular early 19th-century Lebanese architecture of the Beiteddine Palace with its beautiful structures, antique furniture and fine mosaics.

Continue your day in Deir el-Qamar, the capital of the Emirs in the 17th and 18th centuries, where you can enjoy the refined tastes of the Lebanese mezze. Next, find yourself wandering through the old cobble stone streets of this charming town where you get introduced to its medieval palaces, governmental buildings and caravanserais.
