It is a fabulous spot on top of the Hotel Hamra Urban Gardens... They have a relaxed atmosphere and free entrance as long as you don't want to swim... If you do, you pay something like 10 USD, but if you stay in the hotel it is without extra charge... And it really us a good place to stay with rooms for 45 to 55 USD a night.
Grab a book or your earphones, and get ready for an easy tan or a day out with your friends. Try to avoid Sundays, as it is the most crowded.
