At the top of the waterfall, several restaurants are located, all offering traditional Lebanese food and nargileh. A good suggestion, with great views on the waterfall and the surrounding valley, is Matham Sakhret el-Shalaal (+961 (0)7 781 041 / (0)3 475 228 / (0)3 396 195). Note that out of summer season, most restaurants will be empty or closed.
