Mountain bikes can be rented at the Shouf Cedar Society in Maasser al-Shouf (see map below) for 5,000 LBP per hour; though they are not of the highest quality. If you are of average fitness, the road to Barouk is a nice option and provides beautiful views. It will take about two hours, back and forth (10 kilometers one way).
