Baskinta & Mount Sannine

Located about 45 kilometers northeast of Beirut, at 1200 meters above sea level, the small village of Baskinta offers magnificent views of Mount Sannine.

The town is famous for its many poets, such as Amin Mahlouf and Mikhail Naimy. The area around Baskinta is very well suitable for hiking.
