Originally called Windsurfing Halat, this place was founded by Jutta Newman, a German lady, in the early 1980's and re-opened in 2012 by Jose Abed. The club is now a member of the Lebanese Yachting Federation and offers windsurfing, SUP (Stand Up Paddling), catamaran (Hobie Cats) and sailing, all with or without instructor. The club, with an attractive outdoor terrace, is easily accessible and all facilities, such as changing rooms and showers are clean and well-maintained.
